Even if we zeroed the regulatory burden, so long is there large govt spending there will be rent seeking proptional to size of the spend.
There are structural solutions, e.g., part-time legislators, sort ion... But the fox is already in charge of the henhouse. Charter Cities are one escape.
I have been reading a lot on here and have picked up some great ideas. You are so inspirational. Wished I would take the time to write my own blog – but I’m afraid I’m not persistent and nobody would read it anyway ) – so I keep coming back and enjoy your stories Biotechnology/
